Since I haven't been blogging a lot, I have decided to end the life of this blog. It has been a real fun journey....

That does not mean it's the end of my blogging life! I have rekindled the interest in blogging. It's just that, a new blogging life means a new blog! I'll be creating a new blog, which (hopefully) will bring more insight into my life, and etch more memories than this one... Cause let's face it, this blog ain't my best work. :D

Well, it's exam period, so it sucks. So I wouldn't even elaborate on that.

End of story.

Now I have switched from Mozilla to Chrome, which is a much better interface than mozilla if you ask me. Once I started using Chrome, it's very hard if you ask me to move back to Mozilla, something about it, it seems... Faster in some way. Facebook-ing has never been this fast with Firefox before. But that was FF 3.0.1. I heard there's an upgrade to 3.1, with a duplicate version of the Incognito Mode of Chrome. LOL!

Study break + Exam

Ok, now starts the worst three weeks of the semester....

Study break. Wait. Scracth that, it should be called study week! Damn... So much stuff to study it's not funny!

Graphics is so gg, since I have been skipping most lectures. Now to catch up... Sigh...

Heat and mass should be ok I hope, since I understand most of it, and it's open book. And it helps that it's the last exam.

Materials is kinda hard since need to memorise! I reiterate :

Lucky for Geng, it's the same freaking question format every year. The only thing we can hope for is that it doesn't change. If change then I might as well get a gun and shoot myself.

Despite all the complaints during uni time about how the holidays will be a bliss, I find that this study break ain't nothing like what I expected.

Projects, meetings, assignments, reports! GAH!

Believe it or not, I have been to uni during the study break more than I had during any given week during uni time. That's how much I have been going to uni. WTF! Study break! It's supposed to be a break for study, not break TO study!

The lecturers just decided to do this: "Oh, how are we supposed to screw up the students' break? I know, by setting assignments, and setting projects for them to do! "

And one more thing, my graphics project is not out yet, despite all the big talk from our lecturer. "Oh, I'll release it on Friday (before study break)". Now we are at Saturday of study break. Go Davies! (...)

Sigh... And uni's back on Monday. Go me...

很久沒有用華語來寫部落格了，心血來潮，就來寫寫吧！

最近超煩的！雖然說是放期中假，但是我還是好像每天都去大學似的。真的是豈有此理！Meeting 啦，project啦，交assignment啦。。這些人都不知道會不會用腦的。。他媽的！

再來説說我的近況吧。最近才發現到，寄人籬下的痛苦。我看啊，如果今年年尾我能夠賺夠錢的話，我鐵定搬出去，好過在家受人氣。 Haiz。。

哇塞。。突然發現華文超難打的。都不知道以前是怎麽打的。。太生疏的關係吧。。看來是時候再來訓練訓練一下了。

前天去大學的時候，本來是想要去健身室去的，但是突然發現沒有帶學生卡。。吊。。害我不知道要幹嗎。。但是好在籃球場有幾個人在打球，我就心血來潮，心想好久沒打，看有沒有退步。結果。。。退超多的！射十粒才進兩三粒罷了。。哇靠。。看來又是時候再練習練習一下了。但是問題就在很少人打啊。。。真是左右爲難。。。

最近瘋上了Mafia Wars 跟 Mouse hunt，都是FB的遊戲。大家可以試看看。

Feel like updating my blog, but don't know what to write, so you might see there's no connection whatsoever in the following paragraphs, since i just write whatever comes to mind..

I've been playing heaps of games, and study quite a bit as well. So big claps for myself there! *clap* Everyone should start playing Castle Age on Facebook! It's awesome*awesome. It's awesome^2! And GodGame mahjong! Oh my god... Can't believe I just found out something that good.... that should hold my mahjong thirst for a while! :D

Been having this one hell of a sore throat.... Feel like I'm coughing up my lung, stomach and intestines. Sometimes, I cough out something that is definitely not supposed to belong in my body.... Sorry to those who has just eaten.

Something terrible happened last week... I got my first flash! (I think...) The I think part is because I don't know whether it is meant for me or not... If it's for me, then it's cause I turned left when i'm not supposed to (though I still say I can turn!)

been playing Killer Sudoku again... Hell awesome...

Have you ever had a day where when you start out, you set out a list of stuffs which you're going to do, then at the end of the day, you look back and realize you done nothing on the list?

Well, I have been having these kind of days quite often nowadays. I've been procrastinating on a lot of things, skipping uni just because I only have 1 lecture, not studying at all for the whole day.... The list just keeps getting longer and longer.

The passion is just not there. What happened to the 18 year-old kid who crams study like there's no tomorrow? I looked at my results from high school, and it's omg totally different from what I had now. Last semester was an anomaly, but throughout my uni years, I have been happy to settle for a CR, not aiming for a higher grade. Have I sunk so low so as to settle for something like that? Sure, CR means I pass, but should I really be happy about it?

Maybe it's time for me to re-evaluate myself.

Maybe I should aim for a better result.

Maybe I should stop watching series.

Maybe I should stop reading manga.

And maybe I should hope for money to fall from the sky,

My life just sucks.

Today, I received one of the most depressing emails I'll probably receive:

"Hi wilfred, unfortunately we won't be able to continue the practicum. Sorry,"

Wow. One sentence. A stab to the heart. And as you all very well know, I'm pretty sick atm, so I literally blacked out when I saw this. Took me like half a minute to regain my composure.

Now I'll have to go look for Vacation work somewhere else, and hopefully I can get one, seeing I missed out some companies already.

My life still sucks, no matter how many times I say this.

Sigh...

Semester 2

Wow.. Suddenly realised my blog has been sitting here growing moss for so long already. Thought I might update a bit and giving ppl who care an update of my life.

Second semester just started, and this is going to be one of my more hectic semesters. This is due to the fact that I'm overloading, in order to finish my course by 2011. If not I will have to do another semester, which means more money (living expenses + food + ... you get the idea).

This semester I'm doing CITS3200, CITS2231, MATE1412, CHPR2432, and GENG2140.

CITS3200 is Professional Computing, which is kinda like IPE in the sense that we have to program something to be presented to a client, instead of just doing research. This is going to suck, as the project is worth 75% and it is liek a semester-long project.

CITS2231 is Graphics, which I haven't done much for it yet. I only know I have to program in C, which is among one of my most hated programming language, and I have to use OpenGL, which I have no prior knowledge of. But hopefully it won't get out of hand.

MATE1412 is Materials Engineering 1, which shouldn't be too hard, as most of the stuff I already learnt in Manufacturing. But I hate memorizing stuff. Hopefully I get through it ok.

CHPR2432 is Heat and Mass Transfer. This is so damn hard for me. Three lectures in a week and a tutorial to boot, and the lectures ain't easy as well. The lecturer just skimmed through the equations before I even know what it means. Maybe because this is supposed to be a Chemical Process unit, and the other students already know how to do them, but since I am doing this as an optional unit, it's pretty hard for me.

GENG2140 is Computer Analysis for Engineer (or something like this), which is pretty much a joke. Right now I attended two lectures only out of 7, and those two are freaking useless. The assignments ain't a pushover though. But due to "help" from previous year students, I should be able to get through fine. :P

This sem is going to be a bitch. :'(

Winter Vacation and Work

Wow.. Suddenly realise I haven't updated this blog since the start of holidays. So here I go..

Been pretty busy lately. Mainly because of RGIS stocktaking jobs and hanging out with friends, RGIS stocktaking takes up most of my time though.

So far, my job for RGIS has taken me to quite a few places. The furthest I have been to is to Rottnest Island. Imagine taking the bus at 530 in the morning to get to the jetty at 7. LOL! Then taking the ferry at 730 to an island to do stocktaking. Luckily I'm getting paid for the trip, if not I wouldn't even consider going there. But all in all, it's a good trip, though two of our colleagues decided to take the second ferry. And no, they're not a couple, and no, they're both guys. OMG! Are you thinking what I'm thinking? ....

Been counting cards for RGIS so much that I don't want to see another postcard or greeting card again in the near future. So, if anyone send me a postcard or a greeting card, be prepared to face my wrath!

Been trying to do as much sports as possible. So far in the holidays, I've been to gym twice only. Played badminton twice. No basketball.. hell fail.. Will try to get as much gym as possible since...

I've got a new job!

Yes! This is my new workplace. Centre for Software Practice. I'm officially a practicum student and am currently a programmer!

Centre for Software Practice is based at UWA, which means during the holidays, I have to take the bus to uni everyday. Yippe? The bus to uni is so scarce, and if it wasn't for the no. 79 bus, it'll be even less. Thank god for Queen Elizabeth Hospital. LOL!

I just started work today, and oh what a work it is. When I walked into it, I looked at the screen of my colleagues, I went WOW! It's programming at a whole new level.

Right now, they have a pretty big project. (From what I heard, it's worth a few million :O) It involves developing an electronic medical management system, which allows medical records to be transferred between health professionals. It sounds so cool that at first I wanted to jump in to the project immediately. It sounds like something from Godhand Teru (a manga I am currently reading! One hell of a manga. Definitely should read), only that this is real life.

I said at first didn't I?

Yeah... Right now I'm stuck with the basics of basics of the programming language that they use, AJAX and Visual C#. I have no experience with these two languages at all, which leads me to a series of problems. Right now I'm focused on developing a To-Do List system that uses a database system, and which enables different users to add tasks or edit existing tasks. I sort of got the gist of it already, hopefully I get it done by tomorrow. I was so focused on doing this project, because I want to get to the real big project as soon as possible, that I didn't even eat lunch! OMG! I just continued on doing the project and by the time I look at my watch, it's 430. WTF! I even bought some clothes planning on going gym today, but at the end, I'm so mentally and physically exhausted that I couldn't stand it anymore, and just took the bus home.

Funny thing about my workplace is that, there are three Tims! Tim 1 is the oldest and is teaching me the basics. Tim 2 I haven't really talked to much. Tim 3 is a practicum student like me, except that he is a much hardcore programmer compared to me, so he caught on really fast. Woe is me.... Hopefully I can catch on asap!

If I can cope with this, hopefully I can get a job here during the end of year. Then that's 2 months of vacation work secured. Hmm... Let's not jynx it! ..

Studying in Uni

Studying at home always leads to manga, series, ps2 and other stuffs that doesn't concern uni work in a million years.

Therefore, I have made a point in taking a 45 mins trip to uni to study, and excluding the time of updating this god-forgotten blog, and lunch + dinner time (+ time that lionel dragged me to play minesweeper with him), I've been pretty productive. For one thing, I finished off most of my ELEC2300, and finished reading through the notes for CITS2232, and are starting the past papers for CITS2232. Woop!

Haven't touch anything for my second week exams though. They are open book exams, which scares the crap out of me, since that means they are going to be much harder. OMG!

And yeah, I got paid today! WOHO! Finally not poor any more! Need to work more during the holidays!

8,10,16,17 June, these will be my exam dates, and one of which will not even count towards my final result, but will still appear on my academic transcript! FML

Oh welz, that means I can pay more attention on the other three I suppose, two of which are open book exams, which means they will be hellishly hard. FML

And on top of that, there's like heaps of jobs for RGIS these two weeks! And I can't go to them cause of these exams! FML

On the other hand, I will be able to work my ass off during the holidays, and earn money! YEAH!!!

To many of you, maybe this brings back bad memories. Stupid teacher asking us to memorize the whole freaking thing, when we all know that it's not going to be useful in future.

But now, when I look back, it actually makes sense now. Maybe it's the few more years of life that makes me see through the meaning of this poem.
Sad, unwanted, insignificant, that may be the only way we can describe our life.
When we go when the time is right, who else will remember, except for those who knows us? It's like an actor who is only remembered by his performance.

My explanation of this poem may be different from the original meaning, but I personally think that a person's life will only be remembered if he does something significant that will shake the world. People in the past had done this constantly: landing on the moon, finding new land, exploring the artics, inventing stuffs. These people are only remembered due to the stuffs they do, as an actor with his performance. This is definitely not wat shakespeare had in mind when he wrote the poem above, but who says I can't have a different opinion?

So here's my resolution, I'm going to do something big that will let me be remembered, or tried to anyway. If I must be a stepstool to someone bigger, I wouldn't mind. Personally, I would love to be one of the people who actually manage to achieve artificial intelligence. that's one of my biggest dream: to see something artificial that can communicate with us. Not those "ERICA" thing, but something that is near human intelligence.

Boy, I know I rambled off topic a little today. but who the f**k cares?

NBA Playoffs

It's that time of the year again. NBA Playoffs.
For those of you who don't know, I'm a pretty hardcore NBA fan. I follow all the NBA games, even though I have no satellite to watch it on.

And for now, the playoff season is now on. My favourite team, Phoenix Suns didn't make it to the playoffs because they did a pretty stupid trade which involved trading two of their best players away for an undecided player. Sigh.... Bad trades and bad coaching = Fail team. Better luck next year guys.

Here's my take on this years playoffs: WOW!

As I predicted, Cleveland finishes the season as the top of the league, and Kobe's Lakers finishes second in the league. These two MVP contenders will rock the stage in my opinion, and no team, and I repeat, no team WILL pose a threat to them. Maybe Celtics for Cleveland, but for the West, no one will be able to stop the Lakers.

Here's my prediction:

Lakers-Jazz: 4-1
Trailblazers-Rockets: 4-2
Spurs-Mavericks: 3-4
Nuggets-Hornets: 2-4

So far, I only finished like part of my freaking CS2 assignment, and some part of my lab for Databases.
So freaking screwed.
Parents leaving tomorrow, so I will so totally 闭关 for a whole day to do everything I planned.

Just finished watching this movie, which in my opinion is pretty interesting.
Though it is a pretty dark movie, saying two guys who are on the verge of dying, it's the fact that they tried to live their lives to the fullest that really interests me.

This lead me to thinking what my own list is.
Hmmm....
Let's see now:

(2) To not worry about a thing in the world.
(3) To get maids to clean up after I leave my mess behind.
(4) To leave my mark in history. (I don't know, maybe I somehow invented something that suprised the whole freaking world)
(5) To visit the vast space above us. Space station, or future colonies on other planets.
(6) To submerge into the depths of the seas in a submarine.
(7) To visit all the continents on Earth. So far I have only been on Asia and Australia. 5 more to go!
(8) To help a man fulfill his lifelong dream
(9) To drink every liqueur known to mankind. (not including cocktails)
(10) To eat a food local to every nation at least once.

I know some of these stuff is never gonna be able to be achieved. But hey, I can dream, can't I?

Been hell lucky these few weeks for my embedded lab. Been scavenging answers off my friends, and although it didn't work for them, it worked for me. Feel hell bad...

Parents here. Still deciding whether I want to go down south with them during study break or not. Sigh... If only my assignments are not piling up!

Well, my life's been going past very slowly. Snail pace slow. Glacier slow. Continental drift slow. Hell, as crazy as this may sound, I kinda miss the lifestyle in high school, where we have test like almost every day. The rush, the excitement. I know I'm going to go nuts cause I'm actually suggesting more work is better, but hell... Life's been boring..

Embedded is being a bitch as usual. Funny thing though. My program didn't even work, but the lab demonstrator still gave me full mark. I was like... "Ooookkkkkkk, so what's the catch?" LOL! 9/10 (1 mark off cause I didn't do the bonus point question) but who's complaining? The guy beside me was like WTF! His program did almost the same thing as mine, but he got 4/10! LOL! Maybe the other lab demostrator is being a bitch or something.

CS2 is becoming hell weird. I feel like I'm back in MATH1010 or something. Back to fourier transform and stuff... LOL!! Got used to David's accent. Frequency = fruitsy... SIF!

Databases... Been very behind for my labs, cause when I try to run the script in my laptop, it keeps crashing. Damn SQL! Going to try it in uni like next week or something.

Vibrations is starting to get interesting, now that the intro parts are done. I should start reading the ebook and do the freaking assignment. Should should should..

Been to the tav quite a bit these few weeks. So "quite a bit" that I started to just put my passport in my bag, so when my friends just call me, I will just go. LOL! Don't drink much though. Yeah yeah. You guys can doubt that, but it's true.

The weather here is starting to get a bit cold. Pretty sure I coming down with something. Flu, fever, cold, something disgusting. Hope I will get better soon, if not I'll be so GGed when my parents come. LOL!

Wow. I am so happy and relieved right now! Knowing I don't need to overload for 3 semesters really really really really * infinity times really happy!

As many of you might know, I'm changing from mechatronics to mechanical, so I have to sacrifice some units (so i thought).. Which means if I still want to finish in 5 years, I will need to freaking overload 3 units, not to mention the amount of money I have to pay... If I don't overload, I will be staying here for 1 more year, due to the units being sem 1 and sem 2 units.. There I thought, damn.,..

DOOM!

But something amazing happened.
After a talk with Dianne Hestermann, my course advisor, she said
I could possibly get some of my electrical units to count as my optional units,
since they are about engineering as well.
I was like: If that is even possible, I would be most grateful!
She said she will check with the head of school, and give me a reply asap.
Today, I received the most relieving email I will ever receive in my inbox:

Let's calculate the cost I saved:
Three units: 3 x 11000 = 33000AUD
1 AUD = RM2.45

RM80850 = a lot a lot of money

This blog has been non-existent for quite a long time.. So long that even I myself forgot what my website is.

Been... Well.. Can't say I'm busy cause Lionel's will surely pick up a chair and throw at me if I said that. I have been getting involved in quite a few things lately - gym, basketball, badminton, tennis, studying, playing my card games, playing computer games, read manga, hanging out with friends, sleeping.... basically everything you can think about a uni student except clubbing.

I am a little behind in my studies, but nothing a enclosed session in the library study room won't get me through, so yeah... Still considered up-to-date i guess (A bit contradicting, I know, but i just type whatever comes through my mind).

Right now, I have reached to a point where i am seriously considering my career outcomes. Mechatronics... Back in malaysia, everyone just go:"What's mechatronics?" From what I have heard from ppl who graduated from mechatronics and trying to get a job in malaysia, the chances are you might as well go to the wall and try to beg for some money off it. Therefore....

I AM SWITCHING TO MECHANICAL/COMPUTER SCIENCE!

Big bomb! I am still keeping my computer science degree, cause it is starting to get interesting right now. Not that I don't like mechatronics! Oh yeah, I just loveeeeeeee Thomas Braunl and all hey! (Catch my sarcasm?) it's just that my career is on the line here and I don't want to jeopardise my career just because I don't want to change my old-fashioned mind...

Ohh wellz.. That's water under the bridge now.

Tennis.. how should I say this.... is legend- wait for it- dary!!! So fucking awesome! Wish i can play everyday, which I am unable to do... So different from badminton... It's awesome to get involved in a new sport. So much to learn, so little time to do it! Thanks Des and Nick!

Ok... Enough blogging for now.. I will try to update more often from now on, since I am on my computer whenever i'm home... So sad I know... Sigh... now off to playing badminton

Back in Perth + Uni

Well, obviously I'm back in Perth already and uni has started for a week now. So what's my take on uni life this sem? Let''s see...

Databases: This unit looks hard, and there seems to be heaps of stuff to memorize. But at least the lecturer talks clearly and easy to understand. Hopefully can get good marks for this.

Embedded System: Well, Thomas is back. And I ain't loving it. Two hour lecture on a friday and being my only lecture? Not fun not fun...

Circuits: Funny lecture. David sure knows how to crack ppl up. Not the jokes he make, but the accent... LOL! Sure is funny when you listen carefully to what he says. Frequency = Fruity, Datum = Dum.

Signals: JPan tries to make jokes that are not funny, but he just stops talking to see who laughs. Stone is back!!! WHOOP! Love his lectures like usual. Thought he is retiring, but apparently no one wants to teach this unit, so he just comes back, in addition to play his favourite touch rugby!

Lectures are boring as usual. Been sleeping in some, skipped some, but who hasn't?

Miss my basketball and badminton, which I played quite often back in Kuching.. Sigh.. Those days.. Back here, I have to ask my friend to drive me home after badminton club session, which is crap btw, cause the floor is so fucking slippery! Man.. The number of time I almost fell down! Basketball.. Sigh.. Doubt I will be playing much, if any, this sem.

Hanging out with friends are still fun. Bbt-ing, conca's, and so on so forth. Lionel calling the new bar in Broadway "McLarens" is a bit unbearable, since we don't really drink there.. LOL.

Work as usual, trying to earn as much as I can. Sigh at the low pay and the long drives....

Nothing much happened, nothing interesting, as that is just how my boring life goes! lOl..

Back in Kuching

Well, I'm back in Kuching for exactly a week already. (For those in Perth who thinks I'm still in Perth, you're wasting your money trying to get in touch with me) So, let's recap what I have done so far in Kuching:

(1) Been swearing my head off about the stupid slow Internet here in Kuching. Got so used to the fast internet in Perth. Oh welz, you can't really ask much. My internet crashed due to technical problems for the first two days when I arrived, but luckily it's ok now.....

(2) Working with my dad at the hanger (not a coat hanger smart asses). Not so much working as in helping around with the small stuffs and gaining experiences about mechanical stuff within a helicopter. It's amazing how much mechanical parts are in a helicopter. Servicing it alone takes ages, and the amount of paperwork are just insane. Protocols and regulations and shit like that just appears out of nowhere. Hell, you can't even unscrew a nut if it is not in the book. LOL! Well, hopefully can get it done by next week, then I would be able to take some photos during the test flight! WHOOP!

(3) Sports sports and... Oh yeah, more sports! Been trying to keep to my "Exercising at least once a day" regime. So far, I am still able to keep up. Basketball, badminton, jogging, cycling (the indoor machine type)... Sometimes I even wake up at 6 to go jogging with my mum.. Big whoop *sarc...

(4) Ask anyone this question: What do you do when you come to Kuching? Answer: Eat! No explanation needed. I have been eating heaps, so that's probably why my weight hasn't change a bit, as Eating + Exercising = Weight gain +/- 1kg. True story. Here's a list of stuff I had eaten since I came back:
- Kueh Chap (my all time favourite)
- Laksa
- Mixed soup (with all the spare parts of cow and pig, hell good if cooked properly)
- Lok- lok.
- Kolo Mee
- Kam pua
- Chai Tau Kueh
- ABC (ais kacang, hmmm....)
- Mee Kuah.. Not so good anymore...
- Junk food!!!!!!!
- Many more others that I am too lazy to list out....

(5) Sweeping DVDs... Bought heaps of dvds the first day i came back.. Got a bit sick of watching them already.. Maybe I will take a break and have a life.. HAHA! Nah.. Just watching it sometimes at night..

(6) Hang out with frens.. To my dismay, there's very few of my frens in kuching atm.. Went to the movies with them (The day the world stood still... Ppl who hasn't watch this movie, don't! It wasted one hour fourty minutes of my life, which I will not be getting back.... T.T), and played some sports with Yang, Burn, CJ,XL, Xian Kun. Lionel's coming back today, so probably go out drinking with him.

Well, that's basiclaly what I did so far in my hols in Kuching.. Boring life, yeah yeah, blah blah blah...

Can't wait for CNY!!!

Ok, let's look back at the list of things I said I will do during the holidays.

Things to do during holiday:
(1) Burn my notes for mechatronics cause it is freaking useless! - Decided se not to, cause I am scared that I will fail this unit! Totally fucked up one question in exam!!!!!!!!!
(2) Go-Karting - Not yet
(3) Learn tennis - No one plays with me..... CRIES!!!
(4) Sleep a whole day - On the contrary! Been waking up at fucking 7am everyday! WTF! I am so pissed off at myself! Don't know why!!
(5) Work work work.... Too bad aussie's dropping faster than the ball that Galileo thrown down from the Leaning Tower of Pisa. - Not much work for me.. Probably apply for somewhere else soon, like Maccas.
(6) Play some Dota! Haven't touch that shit for a whole half year... Enfos for the win! - Played on thursday with Nut and Andu. Got pawned totally! like seriously pawned!
(7) Go to the beach! Haven't been there before. So yeah! Gonna be an experience. - Not yet, or won't
(8) Rock climbing.. Total noob though! Hopefully I can make it through with my big fat body! - Probably not, but will do it in Kuching with Lionel when Nut and Uncao come to Kuching.
(9) Chill out with friends. - Been doing it a lot recently. Heck, I'm even doing this blog at Lionel's house. Haha!
(10) Go back Kuching and hopefully get a vacation work. - Probably not vacation work.
(11) Play PTQs and hopefully get a free air ticket to Kyoto! (wistful thinking I know) - Sigh, probably get bad results for it.. Really hope I do well.
(12) Clear out my external hard disk cause it is full of anime, series and manga. Probably will buy a new one, but that depends how much money I earn during the hols. - Hopefully get enough money for 1TB!!!!!

So far holidays I have been doing:
(1) Clearing my room: Finally I can see my floor.
(2) Clearing my card collection: Been a fucking mess, ffs.
(3) Reinstalled dota into my com
(4) Watch pokemon: Yeah, lame, I know. But it is good memories when you watch it again! :D
(5) Went hog's breath with Lionel, Nut, Andu, Kaseng, Desryl, Victor, Ming, Scarlet, Bentley, Adam, Buzz, Yuhan, Timmy, and many others (mainly WFC)

Well, today is very boring for all I care... Didn't do anything productive! :< It is so bored... Too much free time can kill! Wished I had a more stable job which I can do like everyday.

Anyway, it is lkike 1248 at night... So I probably will go home soon..

Well, dynamics came out of the blue and pissed all over me....

Now, digital system.... Technically I passed the unit already, but so have a lot of people. Therefore, I am afraid that they will be scaling down the unit. Hopefully I rape the exam and it will bear good grades for me

After that, five days to study for software and mechatronics.. Don't know enough or not.. But hopefully I'll manage!

Last saturday went to uni to study with desmond, cheryl, lionel, timmy, harshana, ronald. Didn't do much, just one mechatronics article, one lecture and one exam paper.. Hell fail! Went nando's for lunch... Went to some Italian restaurant at Albany for dinner with Desryl, Mel & Nut (these two couples in the couples table) , Nick (white) , Ronald, Lionel (the rest are in singles table).. Had a good one, I ordered Fettucine Carbonara, and had something else... i remember mussels and another dish that has stuff on top of a garlic bread, which is the bomb! Hmm...

Went back to lionel's house.. Me nut and mel resorted to study, since I myself didn't do much that arvo, but the others watch some musical movie, which provided music for me, though I don't watch it! :D

Now back to study MECH!! God damn it! This is ridiculous! Wish we still had Dianne Hesterman to set questions.. Now we had Brian Stone! He is a good lecturer.. but his questions.. CRIES! And while I'm at it.... THOMAS BRAUNL IS A DOUCHEBAG! end of discussion!

Wow, a weekend is going to be over just like that.. let's see what i have done so far:

(1) Finished two levels of picross on DS
(2) Finished N+ for DS
(3) Done half of my individual report for mechatronic project
(4) Done laundary
(5) Manga reading (FMA, Naruto, Bleach, Bakuman...)
(6) Made notes for software engineering, and read through past papers for it.

....

I think that is basically it... Man, been wasting so much time reading manga and playing ds. I think it is time i stop playing the ds emulator, and stop manga reading until end of exam. So right now, I hereby declare war against myself: not to read manga, not to play ds, not to watch series (except how I met your mother! AWESOME SERIES), not to play ps2.... Basically anything that is entertaining, I hereby stop myself from touching them....

Hopefully i will be able to get some good results in the end... SIGH!!!

48-hour day!

Exam timetable is out.. Mine is monday wednesday monday tuesday! HOORAY! That means I get to laugh at ppl who finish at the end of the week! :D That includes u too Des!

Well, since the timetable is out, that means it is closing in on me like I am a cornered cat. Sigh... Not done much yet, so yeah, a bit screwed right now! Stuck on two projects atm and don't have time to study until study break.... CRies! Wish I have 48 hours in a day, with 24 hours for me to sleep...

That makes me wonder, what if we REALLY do have 48 hours a day? Would us humans sleep for 24 hours and stay awake for 24 hours? Would we enjoy 24 hours of sunlight and 24 hours of moonlight? Life's just weird. It stays the way it is, but I wonder, what changes will there be if we Do have 48 hours a day. Would be hell fun though, don't you think? Boy... I can hear these conversation going on already:

"Hey dude! Let's go play ball!"
"Oh yeah? What time?"
"Erm... Let's make it 22:00am!"

And what about meals? Do us humans evolve enough to only eat 3 meals a 48-hour day? It's like eating 1.5 meals in a regular day... Brrr.. can't bear the thought!

And what about school work? Do we have to attend school for a longer duration of time? If we do, then I would rather commit suicide samurai style! The regular school hours is tough enough already! LOLz!

Well, this is just some random thought that just came up when I started this blog wanna bitch about the stupid projects that I was doing, but ended up with an interesting view of life. :D

And oh yeah, Jay chou's new album is out! I am a firm believer in pirated stuff, so I downloaded the song 2-3 weeks before the release date, so yeah... So what Jiun? Bite me! Only like 3-4 songs in this album. Can feel his standard slipping way under the radar already. Dude... Put more soul in your song and stay on your course. Don't try some other style that even your editor doesn't like! HAHA!

Reminisicing

Sigh.. Was looking back at all the photos that me and my high school mates took together and think about all the fun stuff (and not so fun stuff) that we did together.

From a stupid game called Bang! that me, Xiao Liang and Ing Zheng, who played it the most, and even during class, to Ing Zheng and co. doing "business" at the canteen... Sigh, the good times. I remember the teacher walking up to us and tell us off for playing game during class, and we still continued playing after she left.

And let's not forget about the basketball games that we all had during high school time. Usually after PE lesson or before it, and sometimes after school and during the evening, me and the basketball gang just go to the basketball court to play the game we all love. Although arguments can happen, but in the end, we are all still good friends.

Well, one of the things that I find is useless in high school is being a prefect. Being a prefect in my school means only one thing: If you don't do anything wrong, your displine score will be above 90! That's just freaking retarded. Well, I try to do the things I need to, but in the end, it is just not that much work. Hopefully the system is better now, cause it was pretty pathetic at that time.

Life in high school is so much different from uni, for my high school at the very least. Firstly, we had 3-4 tests a week, and sometimes we even have two tests on the same day. That situation goes even worse during the final year, where we are tested about everything we learnt during high school. That has got to be the worst year of high school for me. At the same time, it is also the best year. I got closer with my friends, and learned lots of shit that proved to be useful in uni. LOl!

Uni life Round 4

Well, start of my fourth semester in uni isn't what I expected. After hell from last semester (Thanks to Warman and Manufacturing and many other factors), I would expect this semester to be a walk in the park for me. On the contrary, I find myself in a bad position right now, although still better than last semester.

First of all, I have a second "Warman" unit, Mechatronics Systems (MS). In this unit, I need to do research on a project, and use some dodgy software that they provide us to build a model that detects a lane and follows it. Sigh.. Warman round two much!

Second of all, DS isn't what I expected. Sure, Andu and John(who unluckily failed by 2 marks last year) say it is hard. But that is just because they miss all those lectures right? Wrong! Well, I find the lectures very boring and I usually just doodle in the class. The only way I am still catching up with the lectures is because those stuff I learnt before.. LOL! Hopefully I can follow the progress.

Software Engineering(SE) is either really useful or useless. The new software that we are supposed to use, Eclipse, is a bit fun to use, but I much preferred BlueJ. Maybe it is just Ross Lecture Theatre's problem, cause I find the lecture really really boring. Sigh...

Mechanical Dynamics is a really fun, but hard, unit to do. The lecturer last year, Brian Stone is back! WooHoo! He is just funny, and is a really good lecturer. At least I understand what he says. HAHA! But the downside is those jellyfish questions that are due every week. Sigh! Oh welz, you can't hope for everything to go your way. LOL.

First day of holidays (Friday) has been a very very very boring day. Let's just say it bores a hole out of me. Sigh.. Went to my bro-in-law's grandmother's funeral. Kaseng is supposed to go as well, but for some reason, he wasn't there, which shocked me a bit. I thought I would have someone to talk to at the funeral, but instead, I found myself staring at the ceiling and playing games on my mobile phone. For those of you who don't know me well enough, whenever I play games on my phone, it means I am very very bored!

After the funeral, I went to the city for lunch. On the way there, we saw there is a long line outside 92.9 building. Apparently they are giving out free chips. For those of you who don't know about it, Hamish and Andy had been talking about making a people's chip, which is gravy flavoured. Smith's heard about it and decided to make a limited edition kind. And they are giving it out free. So, as you would have guessed, I grabbed one bag and ran. Haven't tried it yet though... Hopefully it is worth the effort.

After that, I went to the city to have a walk before dinner. Saw a few of my friends and they expressed their suprise of me wearing a long sleeve shirt and all. Sif man.. It's like I am some sloppy guy. Maybe I am. LOL!

Well, plans of this holiday:
(1) Go melbourne : My parents are coming over and go to Melbourne for a family trip together, which I hope is gonna be good. Good weather hopefully!
(2) Get a working visa and work! : Well, I am gonna prove those who says I will never work wrong. I WILL get a job!
(3) Get some threads : I am so sick of the same clothes I am wearing everyday! Gonna buy some new ones, probably in Melbourne or here.
(4) Watch supernatural : Yeah, that';s right lionel, I'm gonna need ur supernatural! Thanks!

Some other small stuffs, but can't be bothered typing out! HAhA!

Well, I assume you all know that my results in high school, though not one of the best, are still really good. Better than most anyway. But since I came to uni, I realize my learning skills ain't what they used to be anymore.

I can feel my concentration in studying continuing slipping by, day after day. Right now, I can't sit in front of my laptop for ten minutes and think :"Fuck this shit, I'm playing some games, or read some manga." Where has my concentration gone to?

Sometimes I feel that I keep on forgetting stuff. Like just the other day, someone came to me and asked me a chinese word's pronounciation. I know that word and it is a word I used so often back in my high school days. But it took me like 15 seconds to reply. Am I really getting old? I really hope not!

Well, I asked a couple of friends about this, but they say :"It is all in your mind, don't bother dude!" But is that really true? Am I really only imagining things?

Lack of sleep and nutrients might be some of the causes for these phenomena to happen. But sleep really isn't something I can control. Just that day, I tried sleeping at 11, but I ended up sleeping at 1, rolling about the bed, thinking about the exam the next day. Sigh... I can only say, this semester has really taken its toll on me. I am just awfully tired and wish this semester is over. Sure, you can argue that there is still a lot of happy things that happen. But I just want it over and reminisce about it after this semester.

I realize this few days my blogs have been pretty negative, but hey, you can't expect anything bright and sunny during the exam period right? I promise some good stuffs after the exam period! :D

Even though I only have one unit left, but it is by far the hardest and stupidest exam ever. Manufacturing can just go die for all I care. Damn you Nathan Scott, for using stupid marks betting system. It is so fucking retarded. My mid-sem is totally screwed because of this mark betting system. I could have passed the test, but instead I got marked off for some of my answers which I wrote wrongly. And he justified himself by saying this:

"There has been a fair amount of grumbling about my mark betting scheme. May I defend it by saying that marking 80 tests took about 10 hours of really boring work. My aim with mark betting is not only to emphasise that engineers have to know what they are talking about, but also to reduce the number of very weak answers I have to read and thus speed up the whole marking operation."

This is such bullshit. I am pretty sure in units such as MATH1010 and MATH1020 and some other units, there is even more exam papers to mark, and I don't see the lecturer putting a stupid "mark betting scheme" on the exam. As a result, some student don't even study and just do some of the questions they know the answer is definite, and ignore totally the other questions. May I say this is utter bullshit! This is not the way to study at all. In my opinion having an exam means we attempt all the questions and realise where we got it wrong when we get the answer back and never do the same mistake again.

Sigh! It's all my fault for choosing this unit for my overload unit.. I could have finished my exam last friday.. Instead I have to study till thursday for this bloody exam. I am so not used to the mark betting system. Got crap marks in my mid-sem, hopefully I don't in the final exam.

Feel like holidaying already even though I have one more exam to go. Sigh! Snap out of it Wilfred Wong!

Heard there is a lot of scaling for this exam. Well, I sure hope so.. Considering the fact I am screwed for this exam.. LOLZ! I heard seniors who got 0 marks for their mid-sem got a pass for this unit, even though they are positive they screw up the final exam as well... Sigh! Sure hope that is true.

Gtg study now! Hopefully I can something done!

Screw this shit~! i am over this exam period. Still has five days till my next exam, but my study mood is totally shut off already. Feels like holiday for me already..

Now at lionel's house.. Had a pretty good dinner : tacos, shepherd pie and sweet potato soup.. YUMM!! They all taste good! Considering I can't cook any of that stuff myself (probably can, but meh!)

Hopefully I can get some study done. Stupid manufacturing. Well I have only myself to blame, as I chose to overload. If I didn't overload, I would have finish my exams yesterday.. SIGH MUCH!!

Don't ask about all my exams. Hopefully I can pass for everything.. This semester has been pretty shit for me.. Can't wait till it ends. SIGH!

Can't wait for thursday to come.. But I won't like the afternoon part, as my exam is at that time. Thursday night, here I come! LOL!

Second year gloom and ESGR

Gawd... I thought I would never say that, but I wish I was a first year again...

Reason:
(1) The lectures are getting more and more boring. The lecturers must have gone on a special class on how to hypnotize the students, and make them have low marks, so that it makes them seem very clever or some shit like that.. Especially our maths lecturer(you-know-who, note: no lionel, it is not Voldemort!).. If I didn't go and copy down all the notes, I bet I will be seriously lost right now. Plus ESGR(Elite(only when Lionel's in it) Study Group Reborn) helped me in maths a lot..

Mech lecture ain't better in any sense. I now have a freaking drawing due tomorrow, and I just realized I haven't finalized it.. Who studies drawing when studying engineering? That is just freaking insane. Not to mention the abysmal lecture on drawing.. This is my lecture notes for the lecture this morning..

And if Desmond wasn't in my group for Warman, I will be so screwed that I will need a screwdriver to unscrew myself.. Oh welz.. Thanks desmond! I will help in anyway I can!

Yeah, that's basically why I wish I was a first year again. Haiz.. The life of a first year, sitting in the reid cafe, drinking a cup of coffee, talking crap, watching the ducks walking in the cafe, ds the whole day in uni, time in the mcl just hanging around and stuff like that.. Bet all second years have that kind of reminiscence as well.. Oh welz... Life's life!

Monday night is currently known as ESGR night, a night where we catch up with MATH2040..

ESGR members include:

(3) Desmond(special acknowledgment as I always hitch a ride off him)

Quite a lot right? That's our "Study group".. We spend half of our time figuring out how to do the assignment(i.e. looking at Lionel's version), and a quarter of the time listening to Lionel explain the stuffs, and a quarter of the time wii-ing! Fun!

Towards the end of the day, something weird suddenly happen:

Kaseng: Look, I am so fucking handsome and look at this sexy pose!
Lionel: OMG! I like it!

Kaseng: No! No! Australia says no!!
Lionel: Who cares about Australia!

Of course, some part of the convo is true and some are not. Interpret it yourself!

First week..

Been like freaking ages since I updated! Maybe it is because it is the holidays and there is so much else to do instead of staying in front of the computer for like an hour or so to do nothing but upload photos and blogging. But since now uni started, expect more posts on my blog!

Haiz.. This is my second year in UWA yada yada yada.. * insert All the crap talk*

Feel a bit distanced with everyone else, but at the same time made new friends and friends that are not close closer. Mechatronics engineering is not something I wanted to grow up to do, but oh welz... Guess it doesn't hurt to explore more possibility... Computer science.. Haiz.. Everyone is dropping it out one by one.. Kaseng, Peanut and many others.. Now it is like only me, kwan, scarlet and kathe who are doing comp science right now.. Oh well, have to get use to it..

MECH2401(visual com) is a unit which is kinda like IPE, which I have a strong *ahem* feeling against.. Cause the first tut we are required to draw Winthrop Hall.. Er.. Earth to Mech Office: This is engineering, not freaking art class.. Don't really understand the meaning of it.. But yeah, have to get used to it.. More to come..

MECH2402(manufac.) sounds fun, with the manufacturing stuff and other stuff like that. But yeah, I skipped the second half of the lecture cause i have to go to another lecture.. Kinda stupid hey..

CITS1231(web tech) is a waste of time(for now).. Now learning HTML and client/server protocols and shit like that... Anyone who knows how to use the Internet should have no problem with this unit.. Seriously..

CITS2200(data struc.) is one of the hardest unit I think.. Although not now, but it will be, since from my resources, half the class failed the previous time(but half the class din attend the lecture,. hmm....)

MATH2040(eng. maths).... Gotta hand it to the maths department.. They sure know my weak spot hey.. MAN!! It is like super ass hard... The notation in the notes are weird, and I can't understand what the guy is rapping about.. OMG.. Lionel, need your help here!! Jking!

And yeah, my first week in uni basically sucks.. Especially the first two days.. Man !! The first two days, I havent had a start of sem that hectic b4..

Second Semester

Semester two of my first year in university has just ended. Though it is reasonably and undoubtedly more stressful and the workload is a lot more compared to last semester, it is still quite an experience.

Most of my time in university this semester is spent doing revisions and revisions and revisions as from last semester, I realize that I didn't prepare enough. Come on guys, don't pull a gun and point it towards me! Seriously.. Last semester I will never forget the last two weeks. I am literally eat, sleep and think studies man! That is hell stressful!

Nevertheless, C programming and IPE are easily the hardest unit this semester. C programming is considered a wack job as there are two projects and our lecturer gives blurry explanation. Though some other people who have more experienced in programming might see sense in what he says, I, for one, don't. IPE, on the other hand, is just a failure. The large assignment is so time-consuming that during the last two weeks, we literally gave up on everything else and work on this project alone. That is just not right.

Maths is easy compared to last semester I think. Don't say it is not so guys. On the other hand, E & E is just moderate, and we spend most of the time commenting on Lionel's fetish towards JH! HAHAA!!

Enough of the academic part of this semester. Let's talk about social life.

WFC is flourishing ever steadily, and right now, they are all getting into WOW. Through WFC I get to know more people, such as Kwan, Jasmine, Danica, Saygoe, Simon, Eugene, and many more. Of course, I get to know TTMFH better, but I keep a distance from them as they, according to rumour, can turn straight people into gay(Dom), and normal to abnormal(Dom again)! JKING!!

This semester has its ups and downs for me. Ups include getting to know more people, NSESG(Not-So-Elite Study Group) meetings at Nut's house, group studying in Uni, parties(of course), and just get to know each other better. Downs: IPE(top of the list! Hate it!), C programming(hate doing the second project, as we are forced to stay till late in order to get more things done), the flies in summer, headaches which are getting annoying, money problem(:P), and many others.

Well, like what Forrest Gump says, life is like a box of chocolate, you never know what you get. Likewise, we have to live life to its fullest and accept what is offered, and make the most of it. I tried but I know I still have room for improvement. I will be delighted if anyone gives me any advice on how to change, as friends are like mirrors in which we see our weaknesses.

Hope next year will be a better year, but as many of us are going to pursue different areas of engineering or expertises, it will be harder to get in touch. Hope that will now happen!

NBA is back!

Well, I know not many ppl watch NBA, but I love it, and I love blogging about it, so just keep your crap to yourselves!

This season, a few things are changed.
(1) Kevin Garnet, Ray Allen and Paul Pierce, aka "New Big Three", are leading the Celtics to the best start since the original Big Three, which incidentally won the Championship in their final year. Coincidence?

(2) T-Mac and Yao are flying the Rockets to new heights. T-Mac(for once) is not burdened by injury, and is playing his best in years.

(3) Suns are barely scrapping wins here and there. Feel kinda sad.... But Nash is, if not better, on the same stage as he left off last season - perfect. When his teammates aren't doing that good, he just jumps out and gains control. Example: In one game, Suns is losing by 10 points in the late fourth quarter, and he just score 11 in a row without giving the opponent a chance to fight back, leading the team to a victory. That is what I call a MVP!

(4) Dwayne Wade has become a nobody, with injuries troubling him. But O'Neil is playing his best games since he is in Heats, although he is in his late thirties. +10 Respect Points to him!

Today I'm too bored and too cbf to do any work.. Been listening to Jay Chou song the whole day, try to read through all my essay plans for IPE( and some other), to not much success.. tried to study C, but once I see the shitty lecture notes, I gave up.. The lecture notes are very shitty man.. I seriously need the book....

Studied the whole night till the friday morn before I went to sleep at 4am... LOL.. woke up at 7am, cause of my biological clock, and hell tired but couldn't sleep! Nia Meh!!! Nut introduced Mario Striker to me, and it was pretty alright! Pretty much done my revision for maths, just need to memorize the equations... EE, just need to get something straight..

(3) I lost my student card.. LOL.. Have to pay 15 bucks to get a new one.. SO sad!!!

(4) My smartrider card is cracked, therefore I could not use it anymore.. 5 bucks for a new one.. SIGH!!! (Smartrider card = bus card in Perth)

(5) IPE report finally done! WHOOP WHOOP!!! Finally I can get away from Nu**n and R**a*n*e*! So freaking happy!!!

(6) I have absolutely no idea how to do my C project! ARGHH!!!

Yesterday I watched the most hilarious Singaporean movie ever made - Money not enough 钱不够用.. This movie is sort of describing my PK situation.. It is a pretty old movie, but when I found it underneath those movie I have, I am as high as when Lionel smells his gum.. Weird guy..

The movie is about three guys who struggle to get money and each has their own dilema.. Feel so lazy to intro the movie already.. If anyone is interested just go google it! HAHA!!

Wellz, the movie contains a lot of Singaporean and Hokkien and Singlish humours that some people might not find amusing, but for some one like me who understand all of it, it is totally hilarious.. Here are a few scenarios that are so funny that even Buzz cracks up when I told him this morning..

Lyle Noakes is being a jackass by going through lecture "papers" by the speed of light.. And no one really can copy down what he said! WTF! What do you think we are? God??
PNS has been a real drag for me.. Sammy keeps talking shit that I don't really understand.. It's kinda amazing the way he can drag on three slides of lecture slides for forty five minutes! Well, he did write on the whiteboard, but still, that is too much! HAHA!!

Suddenly I have become the Aim instructor.. I got a bit fed up in the end and I ended up giving the answer only and din even bother explaining how I got it.. Sorry guys!

At first, C programming makes a bit of sense, but after I got back my mid-sem result, 12/20! I was like: WTF! Hell disappointed... Although Uncao Clive told me not to bother, as long as I pass(btw, he got 18/20, of course it doesn't matter for him! :->), I still find it disturbing.. Was it because I am not suitable to do C programming, or I'm just plain dumb... Hmm....

This week's IPE tut is one of my most enjoyable ones.. Why? Cause we all left at 4pm! Hello freedom! After the tut, went to Borders to wait for my sis and bro-in-law, and ended up finding Shaman King comic books! Haven't read them for quite a while, and it is very interesting.. For those who have not read it, I highly recommend it!

Our EE lectures are becoming harder and harder to understand.. Maybe it is the fact that Gia Parish(aka the cow, by lionel(modified, cause lionel says it is copyrighted, and that buzz says Gia Parish is a bitch) teach nothing but shit on diodes, or maybe it is the fact that the new lecturer(Chris I think) couldn't string four words together..

All our lectures are becoming more and more dead and plus everyone is becoming more and more tired by the day.. Don't know why.. I know why I am.. I'm out of coffee at home and I have to survive the whole week without coffee.. Damn it! Luckily just bought Nescafe back! So that means I will have coffee tomolo! WOOP WOOP!

Well, Mooncake festival came and gone.. This year the only family member I have here is my sis, and we went out to eat along with her in-laws.. Played quite a bit of badminton and basketball this few days.. Simon asked me to play badminton with them that day... Sorry saygoe! Didn't mean to shoot the ball at your head, even though you say it does not hurt!

Ronald has become my hero of the day, because he lend me his Starcraft! Havent played that in years man! Just want to get myself accustomed back to the game, as starcraft 2 is coming out soon!

This is a very old story. I think I've heard it for n times already, but every time I read it, I feel tears building up in my eyes.. Oh welz, might be me being too emotional..

Anyway, here's the story...

A long time ago, there was a huge apple tree. A little boy loved to come and play around it everyday. He climbed to the tree top, ate the apples, took a nap under the shadow... He loved the tree and the tree loved to play with him.

Time went by...

The little boy grew up, and he no longer played around the tree everyday. One day, the boy came back to the tree with a sad look on his face.

"Come and play with me," the tree asked the boy.

"I am no longer a kid, I don't play around trees anymore." The boy replied, "I want toys. I need money to buy them."

"Sorry, I don't have money...but you can pick all my apples and sell them so you will have money."

The boy was so excited. He grabbed all the apples on the tree and left happily. The boy didn't come back after he picked the apples. The tree was sad.

One day, the boy returned and the tree was so excited.

"Come and play with me," the tree said.

"I don't have time to play. I have to work for my family.

We need a house for shelter. Can you help me?"

"Sorry, I don't have a house, but you can chop off my branches to build your house."

So the boy cut all the branches off the tree and left happily. The tree was glad to see him happy but the boy didn't come back afterward. The tree was again lonely and sad.

One hot summer day, the boy returned and the tree was delighted.

"Come and play with me!" the tree said.

"I am sad and getting old. I want to go sailing to relax myself. Can you give me a boat?"

"Use my trunk to build your boat. You can sail far away and be happy."

So the boy cut the tree truck to make a boat. He went sailing and didn't come back for a long time.

Finally, the boy returned after he had been gone for so many years. "Sorry, my boy. But I don't have anything for you anymore. No more apples for you..." the tree said.

"I don't have teeth to bite," the boy replied.

"No more trunk for you to climb on."

"I am too old for that now" the boy said. "I really can't give you anything ... the only thing left is my dying roots," the tree said with sadness.

"I don't need much now, just a place to rest. I am tired after all these years," the boy replied.

"Good! Old tree roots are the best place to lean on and rest.

Come sit down with me and rest." The boy sat down and the tree was glad and smiled with tears.......

Today, I woke up due to the noisy television which my brother-in-law switch it on to full blast.. Thanks a lot.. Struggled a bit whether I should go to uni to study, cause I couldn't study with the strong influence of the dvd player..

Oh wellz, here I am, sitting in the UPSL trying to study.. Did a bit of aim. Don't even have to bother doing it till start of Oct! haha! how good is that?

IPE is still bothering me a lot.. So hard to do, and don't know how to start. Plus the stupid debate thing, which is asking us to talk about the disadvantage of non-australians working in Perth, which is just bullshit, cause all of our group members are not Australians! WTF man!

Ok, I said I'm gonna blog about this movie, so here it is !
EVA , AND OTHER PPL WHO DONT WANT THE MOVIE TO BE SPOILT, STOP READING! lol!!

I kinda like this movie, although some people says Jay Chou's acting still sucks.. But hey, it can't be worse than Curse of the Golden Flower right? LOL..

Secrets is a movie, directed, written and acted by Jay Chou, which is kinda cool, cause it is not everyday you see a singer direct his own movie! :D The plot is kinda nice, but well, I think it is a bit far-fetched.. Who could possibly play a song from a manuscript and go forward in time? It makes no sense in my opinion.. HAHA!! But, as Lionel says it, it is just a movie.. So what the heck..

This is a movie in which 黄秋生 partner up with Jay Chou for the second time. As a experienced director, he gave Jay a few pointers which made this movie as it is today..

The heroine of this story is acted by 桂纶镁 and i think her acting is just ok.. I guess the reason she is in the movie is that jay likes her.. Hmm.. I don't know about that! HAHA!! In the movie, she is the "time-traveler", who went to the future and back with the help of one song.. LOL..

The best part of the movie is of course the piano battle, which is coolest thing I have seen for quite a while.. And that is saying something! HAHA!

I going to stay angry at Denise for a while, for being able to have this Limited Edition OST.. According to her, the cd is in a book-liked cover, which contains also screenshots of the movie.. It is such a same that only 20,000 copies are released.. Haiz..

Gotta go study already, if not my bus fee is going to go to waste.. :P

These few days had not been one of my good days...

Thursday: Try to set my phone alarm to 5 am, but accidentally pressed the button on top, so 2am chaos.. Once i wake up, I couldn't go back to sleep.. GG to me..

Friday: Same tragedy, only i wake up on 3am.. WTF!!

Went to lionel's party last night.. It was pretty alright, the laksa is quite nice compared to some of the shops in Kuching already lionel, so stop being so paranoia.. The shepherd pie is the bomb.. The alcohol is good(Thanks Leong, the Geiger-Meiser + Red Bull is freaking nice!), the corona is nice, everything is good..

Anyway, I brought pizzas, which i chip in with Wei tat, and guess what, the pizza boy forgot to put our order on the screen and we ended up waiting for like 30 minutes.. Make me so furious.. They redeemed themselves a bit by giving us some free garlic bread and free cola..

And the downside of going to Lionel's party is that I have to take the last bus home, cause i don't have a car... Almost missed my stop cause I'm half conscious.. 5 hours of sleep in the past 48 hours can really tire you out...

Today I slept till like so late... Feel so refreshed...

Next week, EE test and STATS! I am so freaking out about stats as I don't get it much.. It looks so random and .. Looks like a lot of formulas..

I said I'm so gonna post this photo(above)! Guess who it is, fellow chms1's?

Today there is a weird event happening in UWA. Assassin day! It started on monday and today(thursday is the last day). At first I didn't know about it until people like sago and simon starts turning up to our C programming lab and lecture.. LOL! They dont even go to their own lecture ffs!

Assasin is basically a cat chase mouse kinda game, but instead of the tragic end which the rats always have, it is just about using shaving cream and cream people till the whole can is emptied.

But today is the last day, so my friends(I'm not involved in this event) thought:"Screw ambushing, lets just do a rampage and just cream anyone". As a very curious person I just follow along and try to catch a few photos.. Haha!!

Clive brought a wig and a pair of sunnies to avoid being creamed, but in the end the wig is all covered in cream. It is such a ~~failure~~ mess!

Andrew thought it would be fun to just wear Clive's wig, but he hell looks like a gurl when he wears it.. Someone actually says:"Whos that chick? Oh. It is just andrew.."
Wow, andrew!

This is simon after he got creamed the first time this morning and he retreated to the physic building toilet to clean himself up..

最近真的有点失落，不知道为什么，就是很悲观。

有人说，我变了。难道真的如此吗?

即使在很好笑的东西面前，我也开始觉得自己失去了笑的原因，有时候为了不表现出来而强颜欢笑。

上个星期五，我在uni打篮球，打了破记录的三个钟头，打到很很很累。。最痛苦的是我忘了做warm up，结果打完就脚板痛到只能一拐一拐的走。。回到家，直接跑冷水，感觉好像再生一样。。

星期日，和久违的一中同学们同聚
时间: 星期日晚上
地点: 阿良家
事件: 打边炉(有谁可以解释给我知道为什么steamboat会是打边炉?)
大纲:
下午去买材料，阿良放飞机放超久。。然后去wellington street等bus，很废的等了四十分钟，因为良看错时间表，看到weekday。。 LOL。。
到他家后，准备材料。。然后超惊奇的景象出现了!

This week is Engineering Week! Yesterday is a kinda weird day, cause you can see a lot of ppl in the situation below(being taped to the wall)..

Objective:Get taped to the wall, and after pulling away the chair below, the person who can stay on the wall without falling wins!
Prize: A 50 dollar beer voucher!
This is in Chilliz, where WFC member Simon did a pretty stupid thing, that is to pour his chicken rice all over the floor.. Hell noob! In the end, he had to buy a new box of chicken rice... LOL MAN!!!

Last saturday is Simon''s party in South Perth.. Got the chance to snap this photo when I went there by ferry.. Pretty nice right? That is Perth city in the background by the way, and the water is almost as muddy as Damai..

Kuan did a pretty stupid thing during the party.. He put on the beer box and Lionel pushed it down on his head to let me take this photo.. That is Chwee Seng in the background by the way.. Why is he looking at Lionel that way? Hmm...

最粗的事情是什么? 就是上有史以来最闷的lecture : IPE，当每个人都专心致志的在玩NDS玩到一半，一只鸟突然不知怎么的飞进lecture theatre。。冷掉。。而且是只乌鸦，好像在讥笑lecturer讲东西讲到很闷，很烂。。

现在我uni的朋友，十之八九都有NDS，而且还是上lecture的时候玩的。。什么叫粗? Mario Party，Tetris，Yu-Gi-Oh，Trauma Centre等等都是上lecture必定有人在玩的。。我呢? 我酱乖当然不会这样! 只是有时break的时候才玩玩一下。。Trauma Centre 超好玩!! 有关医生的故事。。有点像天生妙手一样的game。。

C programming 的lecturer 有粗!! 今天的tutorial，有一个学生问一个很基本的问题(可能是没有接触过programming吧)，完完全全被own!! 那个学生有点stun掉。。好笑倾!Haiz。。跟你们讲你们也不会懂。。

终于玩完God of War 2 了! 有粗! 很很很很很好好好好好好玩玩玩玩玩!!!!!

星期五晚上要兜在uni到11点。。因为有chinese society的quiz night! 希望好玩lo!

Back in Uni

Haven't blog for a long time already.. It's a strange feeling, don't know how to explain it.. Feels so foreign.. To think last time I can spend everyday blogging, sometimes blog twice a day.. Maybe it is time I get a life..

Back in uni for two weeks or so already.. This blog is going to be quite long, so ppl with eyestrains should look away, and relax for a while.. A lot of words, no pictures, cause I feel lazy to load pictures online.. Surely you all know that?? Sheesh!

First thing first, let's welcome the newcomer in UWA: Wei Tat! Hailing from Kuching, finishing studies in CHMS1 and worked there for a moment, he came to UWA to study Civil Engineer. Let''s give him a round of applause! *clap clap* Due to his arrival, I've doomed to bring a Magic deck everyday to uni and spend a lot of time playing with him.. I should exercise some control over myself.. Sheesh! Note to self: Less Magic, More Mahjong!

Although I'm in my second semester, I'm still taking the core units, such as intro to professional engineering(IPE for short), intro to e&e engineering, Calculus,Stats and Probs(Math) and C programming.

Since i still have to take the stupid math unit, that means I still have to wake up at 530am every morning to eat breakfast and take the bus(not at the same time, if someone misunderstood me).. Up till now, I've missed my bus twice, twice looking at the back of the bus leaving without me inside.. The sentimental... Aw.. Cut that crap.. The math lecturer is one jackass, as we are not to even talk a word in his class, which makes totally no sense.. Kaseng tried discussing something with Justin, and was scolded pretty severely.. Wow! I never met someone who''s that PB, except for maybe my Form Four english teacher.. The stats teacher is one funny guy.. He has a weird accent(German, according to Lionel), and he always relates his stats stuff with footy stats, which is quite funny, since he is a Eagles fan..

IPE is the most, and I must insist on the word most, M-O-S-T boring shit lecture I''ve ever been to!!! OMG! I couldn't believe it! After managed to escape from the dreaded History after SPM, I now have to write a stupid journal on the lectures and the lecture materials! How shitty can that be? Besides, we have to shit in a lecture theatre and listen to the lecturer speak crap on what qualities an engineer should have.. Two lectures have passed and I slept an accumalated time of twenty minutes.. And I have written the longest piece of essay since i graduated from CHMS.. I thought I escaped essays.. Crap to the core!

Intro to e& e isn't bad.. I like the way it is presented.. Things I dont understand in secondary school suddenly fall into places.. The text book(actually lecture notes binded together) is pretty useful, cause it shows the easy way for us to remember things.. And lionel and yuhan have a crush on J.Henry.. OMG! Yuhan, is that text message real? Are you serious?? What about Karen? :P Nothing much to say about his unit, except it is among the best lecture i had until now...

C programming.. For those of you who thinks this is a walk in a park, you're wrong.. Except if the park is the Penang National Park.. The lecture is so freaking boring! 2 hours lecture is very tiring and soul-consuming.. Plus they chose the crappiest lecture theatre in UWA to conduct the lecture.. How bad can that be?? And to think we dont have notes at all.. I prefer Java''s way, that is to give us the whole semester''s notes, so that we can prepare for what''s going to be taught(actually I just want to escape the lectures..)The lab tutor is so freaking ga-ga.. He seems to absorb our question slowly, and takes a long time to tell us wats wrong.. Weird.. They use macs for c-programming, which is a pain in the arse since I''m a total noob in using macs..

Ok.. Enough talking about the lectures i have to take.. Lets talk about something else..

The weather here sucks like a vacuum cleaner(quote from Lionel), since it rains in a weird manner.. Rains for 5 minutes with the gloomiest sky, then sunshine pours in for the next 15 minute or so, then rains like kittens and puppies, then sunshine again, then cats and dogs.. I hate this weather.. a lot of ppl is sick already.. Hope I''m not the next one..

Havent gone to big bowl yet.. Which is a big accomplishment.. Just that I dont feel like the need of walking half the city to the shop and walk back to the bus station.. It seems like a waste of time and energy.. I wonder if Shit and Liang have been there yet.. Hmm.. Must have!

Have resat my freaking GENG1001 exam.. Not that I failed, the details are available in my previous entries, which i''m still tulan about.. This time the question is much harder than ever.. And they didn't put the answer sheets outside to be taken.. Some of my friends took the sup-sup exam and said the questions are exactly the same.. Makes sense.. But they still know the questions..

Can feel my hands starting to cramp due to the "long-ness"(i know it's length ok?) of this post.. I feel lazy to blog already.. Quite tired..

Go sleep now.. Hopefully I dont miss the bus tomolo again..(just missed it today)

Ok, this book is all about solving the mysteries that has been hovering around from book 1 to book 6.. A lot of mysteries are solved and many ppl are killed! No doubt about it.. And I can assure you, most of the rumours that have been flying here and there has been all lies and not a single drop of truth in it!

(1) Ok, first of all I would like to salute J.K. Rowling, in keeping the story in the dark for most of the year, risking her credibility by not letting anyone, even the Customs check her luggage just because her manuscript is in there.

The plot itself is pretty good and well organized.. This shows that Rowling has been planning for the whole plot since the writing of the first book.. Everything just seems to fall into place..

(2) Secondly, I would like to express my suprise.. Cause this morning at 730am i went to Borders to collect my copy, and it is almost empty! What happened to all the queues and all the crowds and... You get what i mean! So, I plainly grabbed the book, paid the remaining 20bucks and went home to read.. Lol!!

(3) Thirdly, this is the book which has the most deaths! Let's see now.. Remind me if I miscalculated!

The final chapter is pretty confusing at first, cause Harry has decided to name his kids Lily, James and Albus Severus! And he told Albus Severus that he is named after two of Hogwarts' best headmasters! LOL! That is so confusing! Wonder what it feels like calling your kids name by your parents name..

(5) Mysteries unveiled!

Countless of mysteries are unveiled and the location of the Hocruxes and how to destroy it are revealed throughout the 607 pages of the book..

The location of Hufflepuff''s cup: Never would I think it is in Bellatrix Lestrange's bank account and that is the reason why the cover of the children edition is plenty of gold..

The identity of the last Hocruxes: Well, we get to know that Ravenclaw's lost diadem(some sort of tiara) is a Hocrux, and amazingly, Harry himself is a Hocrux! Amazing right!!! Read the book for more details!

You may ask why the adult version shows Harry is dead... Well, Harry is "dead" for a moment there.. Pretty confusing I agree... Have to read that part a few times..

Snape's betrayal: Alas! He finally die... But before his death, he gave Harry part of his memory.. Pretty informative on why Dumbledore dies and why he turned side..

How to destroy Hocruxes: According to Hermione, the only way is by destroying the Hocrux beyond repair..

Way 1: By using rare and antidote-hard-to-obtain- poisons, like the Basilisk Venom which Harry used to destroy the diary.

Way 2: By using the sword of Godric Gryffindor, which Harry has used to kill the Basilisk and has some of the venom on it...

Way 3: By using some sort of fire.. Forgot the name.. Something like Lynxfyre or something like that...

The meaning of the Title: Deathly Hallows, is three objects which can prevent the possessor from dying.. The Elder Wand, The Resurrection Stone and The Cloak of Invisibility... The Cloak is Harry's Invisibility cloak, which is quite suprisingly! The Resurrection Stone is Marvolo's ring, and the Elder Wand is Dumbledore's wand! Wow!! Read the book to know more!!

(6) Neville's personality has changed totally in this book.. From a coward we see in book One, he changed into someone who can stand up against the tyranny of the "teachers", and in the end, becomes a Professor! In which subject, we can all guess...

Ok.. Wouldn't want to spoil it anymore! Haha!!

In total, I think this book is pretty infomative, and it ended quite stunningly, unlike the way most suppose it will be...

Every Harry Potter supporters should read this book! And i mean EVERYONE!!!

as you all might know, i've been in kuching for the most of this month! been going out a lot and i'm almost given the same crap everyday: "don't come home so late"..

this holiday has been most eventful, at least i wont have to rot in perth doing nothing but sleep and watch dvds... lolx!

the number of times i'm at emagic... i lost count after 10

in total, i'm only at home for meals for exactly 5 times.. yes, you're right! 5 times including breakfast lunch and dinner for 20 days of holidays! most of the time we went out to eat or i go out with my friends to have gathering..

got my results back! currently 3HDs, which i am proud to say that i'm very happy! i actually got a hd for physics! *clap clap!* which is amazing, since i totally suck in physics like most of you noe! haha!!

watched two movies in the cinema..

(1) Transformers: wish I could watch at hoyts but well.. It is so freaking good! But the downside is the sound system here sucks like a vacuum cleaner.. They emphasis on the loudness not the quality! Haiz!! Well.. you couldn't expect much from RM10 right?

There's only one word to express the weather in Kuching: HOT!

Been sweating like crazy here!

9/7 is an important day! Cause... It is the day the results is out! WOHO!!

HD for the win...

Java: HD!(unsuprisingly, considering how easy the final exam is!)
Physic: HD! (neutral, it is not too hard...)
Maths: HD! (extremely suprising, considering the fact that i screwed up most parts of my exam!)

Yesterday afternoon, played a bit of badminton, which is kinda screwed up, considering the fact that I haven't touched my badminton racket for ages, and i mean AGES!

Yesterday night, Xiao Liang have a housewarming party. His house is right next to er... some ppl's final resting place, and gives me a creepo! Haha!! JKJK! The food was pretty ok, and the karoake system must be broken by now! Haha!!

Feel pretty lazy to blog right now.. Just to give ppl an insight of my life!

At the airport

Now I'm blogging at the airport.. Standing man! How much more dedication do you want to ask for? :P... Anyway, I brought my laptop along, thinking I can use free broadband, but who knows? I forgot to bring my lan cable! LOL SIF GG!!

No chinese, no photos, no nothing.. HELL GG! So have to resort to blogging in english..

Last night went to the airport around 7pm, a bit too early, but I checked in first none the less, and I regretted the moment I told the guy I want window seat... GG!! Should have chosen aisle seats... Ah well...

Went into the departure lounge around 8pm, and regretted not bringing a book to read! High chin!! Have to ku there for 1 1/2 hours! How sad that is! Plus my Ipod Shuffle looks like it is going to be dead in a second so very kiu..

The 5 hours on the plane is so freaking boring! I spell it again, B-O-R-I-N-G!!!!! Have nothing to do! Freaking hell! No entertainment and shit like tat! Tried to sleep, but can't sleep! WTH!! At home can sleep like a log, on the plane cannot! Freak! On the same flight with Andrew Leong and his siblings.. Feel so "Xian Mu" they sleep like... something that sleep always...

When I arrived, I collected my luggage and the guy called me to go for custom check.. SIF man!! Like I'm gonna bring drugs... Do i look like someone who does drug trafficking? Honestly!!! (OK, you can shut up lionel and leong.. SIF!)

The moment I step out of the budget terminal, I have absolutely no idea where to go! Mind go blank totally.. Luckily I saw a shuttle bus and I remembered.. Sheesh!! Went on the bus and got to terminal 2...

Ate Mcdonald's "Big" Breakfast.. Sif big.. It is just two piece of toasted bread and a piece of meat and some scrambled egg.. And a hashbrown if i missed that.. SIF BIG!

Went to check in... Leong and his siblings had some problem with their ticket.. Ku there with them. See I so enough friend! Actually cause I have like 10 hours to kill and I just plainly wants to find things to do to kill them!

SIX more hours to go! Freaking hell!

Er... Maybe later I come back to blog again! Now I stand and blog man.. Tough on the leg.. Maybe I'll sit down and play some game! Shit!

I am writing to inform you of circumstances relating to the examination of GENG1001 Introduction to Engineering Mechanics, conducted on the morning of June 14th 2007. It is essential that you read the information below.

Unfortunately, due to a series of unfortunate incidents that took place during the exam, the exam script that you submitted on June 14th cannot be used for assessment within GENG1001. These incidents included the exam solutions being handed out during the exam itself, the exam solutions being handed to students as they left the venue while other students were still sitting the exam, and the very large number of queries that arose during the exam which I understand caused some disruption. We have a responsibility to all students to ensure that no student/s experience an unfair advantage or disadvantage during an examination, and unfortunately the examination held on June 14th did not meet this standard.

You will therefore be required to re-sit the GENG1001 exam during the first week of second semester, on Wednesday July 25th at 2pm, in Winthrop Hall. The exam will have the same format and duration (3 hr 10 min) as the June 14 exam.

I acknowledge that re-sitting the exam is highly undesirable for all of you, and I have not taken this action lightly. This is the first time in our Faculty''s history that such action has been taken.

In order to minimise disruption to your other studies, we will cancel any lectures and laboratories in Engineering and Maths units, that would be scheduled for the afternoon of July 25th. We will also ensure that no Engineering and Mathematics assignments will be due in that first week of Semester. We will also be happy to provide letters requesting special consideration to coordinators of units taught outside our Faculty where there are lectures/laboratories scheduled for that afternoon or assignments due around that time.

Please note that any student who has been granted a deferred exam for GENG1001, will be required to sit the exam on July 25th at 2pm in Winthrop Hall, with the rest of the GENG1001 cohort.

I sincerely apologize for this situation, and hope that you understand that we are working towards an equitable outcome for all of you.

从星期一开始就是我在uni的第一个semester exam。。是kiu chin chin! 整整整个non-teaching study break都在念书，我觉得统考的时候我都没有这么pia! 我的一群书友也说他们在TEE(他们的统考)也没有那么用功!可能是因为我们是international student,需要还双倍以上的价钱才能够来到这个uni来念吧!粗勒!可是这里的local读书厉害的厉害，差的却差到爆乳!

有点偏移主题了。。

回归正传，星期一是physic(乃是我最怕的考试)。。幸好放在第一天，没有的话。。幸好今年的题目都算满容易的。。唯有heat and thermodynamic今年比以往几年都难。。electric还算有人性一点。。可能是教授知道他教的太烂了，所以没有刁难我们。哈哈!!! 当天下午就和书友们留在library学星期三的maths。。可是由于某种原因(lionel,你太吵了!)，所以两个钟头后就回家。。在bus上面不懂为何那么满!干!但是林北高超的睡功又发威了，站着睡!你能吗?

星期二，整天在家pia maths!这里的maths跟一中的比，简直就是没得比。。不要误会，我是说这里的实在难到爆乳!LOL! 什么taylor polynomial, power series, kernel什么tulan东西，一念就头痛。。

星期三，考试虽然在下午，可是一大清早就跑到uni哽书。。一进考场，唯一能讲的话是:冷!!! 他妈没牙! 冷倾!! 穿jacket还那么冷!吊!maths又没人性般难!(我在说出题者) 什么东西不问，就问我不大会的东西!分明跟我作对!考完试就510了，回到家就600，冲凉，吃饭，搞到来都700了!还没念到书勒!痛苦!! 念到12，眼睛张不开了。。set alarm(注意这点)，就去睡觉!

今天早上:
时间:0645-0800
地点:家
事件经过:天翻地覆，一面刷牙，一面诅咒那个alarm没有battery。。真的有够背!!!去busport，bus跟我说拜拜!到uni都八点。。干!

没有念到什么就这样(学ah bird还是不知谁)空枪上阵。。幸好有惊无险。。题目还跟以前考题很相似。。所以pass没有问题!yata!!
又要讲故事了:

事件:考官不小心发下答案卷。。ROMBLOL!!!! 简直就笑场麻。。。可惜没有分到我这里他们就发现错了!!据说是有一个没头没脑的教官跟其他教官说那是参考资料。。。 LOL! 所以有头有脑的教官就叫每个人望天花板，望到所有answer sheet收完为止!简直就。。。

每个人在这时候都考完试了。。可是。。我还要ku着到下个星期三。。就是因为那个可恨的java!为什么不要早点!!! 但也好。。因为。。我还没动到。。GFG!!

伟达即将成为我的学弟。。有点好笑。。哈哈!!但是还是欢迎他!!

明天到底要去uni学java吗?还是在家?犹豫犹豫。。

GFG!什么SMS来的!LOL!(Anyway,谢谢邀请!接近闷到要自刎了!)

明天就这样约好在train station见面，然后去大碗面吃！

我相信大家都知道大碗面是什么家伙吧！这是这里有名（在我们这些人中）的店，专门卖很大碗的面！有几久没有去吃了说真的！

明天的节目都定了：
（1）630一醒，整理东西，准备去uni读书！是study group!很粗的study group！里面就有两个lodge school 的hiong ka!
（2）1130 meet XL CX 他们！
（3）午餐后会uni继续pia!

不是我要那么pia woi!只是这次考试能决定我能不能够得到这里的奖学金，如果能的话，简直就GFG!而成绩不好的话，就diao lo!

最近有几天都是在uni度过！LIbrary做工的人，可以不要这样pu bo 吗？两个钟头一到，就赶我们出study room! walao!

haiz!还是有点显！因为死鬼physic的electromagnetism有够吊！不爽！其他physic的项目都ok了！就是这个项目头痛！

眼看人家考试，考一个礼拜就考完，自己还要ku多一个礼拜！感觉真不好受！现在就不好受了。。不懂到时候感觉是怎样！haiz!

还是说说今天吧！去uni，就去library念书！看到Andrew Zhang到了，就去join他！之后lionel和他女朋友也来了！还没真正念到书，就两个钟头！原来Zhang一早就到，早就借了！GFG！就到engineering building的其中一间空着的房间，就在那里念到1pm那样！之后来了一批人，说他们现在有tutorial!哈？study break 也有tutorial? LOL! 又搬家。。搬到computer lab 那里念！不爽！

总之还是有念到一些东西。。希望够应付考试！

有看我的部落格的都知道我在uni闲空的时候做什么!没错!就是跑到cameron loft那里去玩麻将!

虽然我不是麻将学会的一份子，但是我却时常在那里出没，原因有很多:其一是为了打发时间，其二是为了为我手解痒，其三是为了和同志切磋，其四就是认识多一些朋友!不错吧!一石四鸟!

在澳洲打牌似乎比在古晋打牌要得简单，可能是没有玩钱的关系吧!每个人都专门往大牌前进!碰碰胡和混一色是最平凡的。像我这样的高手那里还仅限于这样浅的!清一色，七对子，一条龙等等都纷纷出来!hiong勒!就是十三么没有一次做成!有一次差点儿做成，而且是自摸!就给leong坏了大事，而且是KFC!简直是笃光弟弟!

昨天是很笃光弟弟的一天!为什么?因为我搭了一小时的bus去uni只为了上一堂lecture!干!之后就有朋友讲去麻将，到了会所底楼(会所在一个独立的建筑物的顶楼)，才发现通往楼梯的门锁住!瓦靠!我们一班友都很笃光弟弟!门锁的原因很简单:开门的学生今天没来!!!瓦靠! 不得不搭多一个小时的bus回家!

要学书了。。

这个blog是献给哈利波特的。。

昨天看电视，有关Warner Bros.将在2009年开放哈利波特游乐场!超干!而且看起来还满架势一下的!肯定能够像Disneyworld一样成功!
据说有以下的special features:
(1)给游客体验施法的感觉
(2)以哈利波特为主题的rides。。
(3)Hogwarts Castle重现!据说是由和做戏中的Castle的设计组一样。。肯定会很geng一下!
(4)各种merchandise!
还有很多，只是不懂还有什么!

昨天去查一下，哈利波特(戏和书)的总收入如下:
(1)单单书就以63种语言卖出325百万本了!一本如果我们算RM60(算很便宜!)，就很容易超过1billion了!
(2)最后一本，Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows，在预购方面，在美国而已，就有12 million了! 超恐怖!
(3)已发行的四部戏，就超过1.7billion英镑!wakao!!
(4)7月13日的Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix肯定会爆满!你知道为什么吗?因为第七本书在八天后出版! lol!!

Chinese Software breakdown again.... Sien liao!!!!!!!

Sorry ppl! My chinese software is once again denying me again.. Like the way GL deny YZ's creep! Don't know why, I keep getting problem with my stupid NJ star.. Dont ask me why i use such a useless chinese software.. Cause my lappy couldn't support chinese star.. Sad!

These few days a bit kintio already.. Y? If you don't know why don't say u know me! Siasoi chin chin!! Cause lin pei still left 12 days before my first uni semester test.. Less than 2 weeks ui... Not kintio then fake lo!

Today, got my physic marks back...(Drumrolls plz...) 10/15! Woho!! So damn happy! Cause we check online, and the first thing i go see is whether I passed or not.. Not double digit or not.. U see? The test is so freaking hard till I have to do that! When I see 10... It's like IZ finally got a gf like tat! C~~ Ch~~!

The stupid calmaeth is so freaking frustrating that I am so happy when I finally finish it.. Next semester not touching that feika program again! Woho!! How cool can that be! One of my friend got so frustrated at one question and he was like banging the keyboard.. Did I mention that it is in math lab, which is a very public place? So embarrasing..

Sis got a pay rise today, so we went to Taurus for dinner.. The food there is so good man! Makes me think of Kuching food.. Malaysian cooking style.. After so many kind of food i ate, still prefer Malaysian food.. the combination plate makes me think of the Chicken Rice shop behind Hock Lee.. Damn good.. But the price tag.. Of course different la!

Sorry chang xu.. Not that I don't want to go out eat with u ui.. Really.. My wallet is as empty as... Couldn''t think of anything.. Shit.. Paid off my phone bill and my smartrider fares.. Then I'm pretty broke liao.. Maybe before u go back Kch man.. LOL!

Next month is Album month.. JJ, JinSha, ZhangDL and LeeHom i heard.. Cant wait for them to come out..

These few days keep listening to Usher's Burn! Hell cool! I know it's pretty old song.. But three days ago I saw the MTV.. WTF kinda cool u noe?

Blogging from university

In case you notice, the time now is 3.36 pm friday. Right now I'm still in uni and unfortunately i can only blog in english.. I know, it's a disaster right? Like it make any difference.. Cause recently my blog comment is hell pathetic man.. Anyway..

These few days quite a bit slack off lo.. Need to pia liao! Test is just two weeks off and I just spent most of my lunch hour playing mahjong!(Thanks Andrew, I owe you much... not!!!) What the freaking hell! They rather skip lectures and tutorials and play mahjong in uni! I, on the other hand, don't skip lectures! Guai le! ( For those who don't know, there is a mahjong club in my uni! How cool can you get?)

Yesterday is a pretty tiring day.. Mainly cause I wake up in the middle of the night to see Liverpool lose! What the ****!!! It's like seeing Suns lose to Spurs again and seeing Manchester lose to chelsea again times ten times! Now I know how Yao dong feels when Miami got knock out in the first round 4-0.. LOl!!

Anyway, the rest of the day is mostly dedicated to a freaking thing called java! Have to finish the project by next friday, and my program is like bugs here and there, and the format ain't that perfect either! Spent 2 hours in the lab, and then went to Trinity College to find my friend.. Trinity college is a residential college for UWA, and my lab partner stays there.. Played a bit of that PSP of his( NFS carbon for PSP is so differnent from PS2's).. Then downloaded some movies and series.. SOng!!

The stupid project now is on 70% achievement.. Need to fix the format.. Freaking hell!

Around 3 pm, guang jian them came to my uni to play basketball, but my phone is on silent so I didn't hear it.. sorry.. Around 4pm i went to play for a while, but I played so crappy that I cant even lay-up! Freaking hell! Sorry chang xu! I know I played really badly..

Went to Morley later in the evening and went to my bro-in-law's house.. Went to Han's cafe in Morley Centro Galleria.. Ate curry noodles! Not bad, but the down side is there is a lot of onions, which any friend of mine will know I don't eat!

Tired exhausted, and pretty much feeling crap, went to bed early, but woke up late! Shit!! Almost missed my bus! Luckily the bus is the bus I usually catch and the driver sort of know me and waited me for a moment! Thanks!

Engineering have a new lecturer.. He babbles through the whole lecture and he practically reads of the notes that we can print out from the net.. What a noob! So basically I am half awake in the lectures, which is saying something, considering only 10 out of 50 who attended his lecture is awake! Ppl don't even bother to go to his lecture.. How pathetic is that? And the jokes he's trying to make, it makes Fu Long's joke sound extremely funny..(no offense fu long)

Linear Algebra lectures sounds like German lectures now.. No one actually understand wat he writes and says.. Just copying wat he says.. I'm so screwed, right?

Recently my friends have a private club going around called LFGF(Looking for a girlfriend)! How pathetic can they be? Haha!! Me? I prefer staying single! Gfg!
